The innocent Milcah a class three pupil at Bosose Primary School, unaware of the danger she had driven herself into, accepted to follow him for the KSh10.

Mwasi later led the girl to his unfinished house nearby where he defiled and killed her later at around 2pm Sunday.

He then buried the remains of the girl in a shallow grave he hurriedly dug in the house the body was discovered four hours later at 6pm.

Confirming the incident, Nyamira County Commissioner – Amos Mariba, asked the residents not to take the law into their hands and instead report any incident to relevant authorities for appropriate action.

Mariba also warned those who commit crime that a similar fate was awaiting them and also asked them to engage in income generating activities.

“I want to warn those men who are raping or defiling young girls that your days are numbered, you will not survive mob injustice or the law. It’s high time you engaged in economy building, not causing trauma to others,” said Mariba.
